Tried it and didnt receive the doges 
So go here: http://freedoge.co.in and make account
Take from faucet total ~ 160 Doges or Invest by yourself
Then do this - go to multiplay section, single play, bet 0.00000010 Doge, 6 multiplayer and not more, 100% on loose ( bet multiplay by 2 ) and start to play, when you win start bet from 0.00000010 Doge, ~ once per 40 min. bet will go up to 0.1 - 1 Doge in this case multiplay bet by 4 or 8 or even 16 - you will win either 10 0r 20 or 40 or more Doges, and do not make too large bet - you can loose all balance
