We never know when that riot can happen, but now we can prevent it by doing eradication of small things, such as pickpocketing, theft, drugs, fighting and so on. If all these things can be prevented, then the world will be peaceful.
I think the real question is, how do we even save our planet from ultimate destruction. Because while we deal with all these political and economical issues, are Earth --our home -- is deteriorating at a rapid rate.
