Yes, but the majority of drugs sold by the Silk Road are marijuana. A surplus of overpriced methamphetamine on the Silk Road wouldn't drastically increase demand for it. Also, considering the amount of idiots Walter's had to deal with throughout the 5 seasons of the show, I don't think they'll have the time to figure out how Tor works.

Actually weed isn't the most purchased drug, it just has the most listings. There is a giant difference in the matters.

The RC Stim market outsells weed on SR.
