That is a very good point, thanks for bringing it up!

I am no expert in marketing, but I do believe the lack of trust is a big deal in online advertising and promoting web apps, especially in such a deception-prone market as the one of cryptocurrencies. It is hard to earn trust over strangers on the web no matter how many promises you can make on a landing page. In my view, this should be a bit of a leap of faith when granting your email to a service like the one I am offering. On my side, I tried to add to the credibility of the offer by establishing an SSL connection and sharing my professional profiles so that the audience know who are they dealing with.

Another thing to consider is the context of my service - when it comes to cryptocurrency screeners or any other tools that capitalize on a service around the main asset and not the asset itself, the business model is generally based on subscriptions and hence the owners can not care less of promoting particular assets or their developers as this does not align well with the way they make money. Just like casinos do not promote individual poker players (with a few, but prominent exceptions) as they still get the same commission (rake) no matter who is the winner, I have no intention to entertain any shitty (or marvellous) coins/tokens as my tool works equally well in finding all of them so that the savvy traders can use the resulting filters to aid their strategies.

Having said all that, I appreciate the challenging for service and encourage you to share some thoughts on the things I have stated above; besides do let me know if I am still missing anything that could make my offer more credible. Thanks again for the call-out and please keep the discussion flowing.

Flying Hellfish is a Commie
I think the big problem with a site like this is that people are going to be scared that you're going to take their email, sell it, and then give them shitty advice in a way to shill your own coins for the help of yourself -- the same reason why people don't like trading groups as they think they're in it for themselves (and more often then not they are)

What are you going to do to show that you're not like that?

Hi there,

Being an aspiring cryptocurrency investor, I've caught myself on a thought that I am missing a tool that would allow for finding the right cryptocoin pairs to invest or speculate based on catching various technical signals over the cryptocurrency trading history.

I know there are quite a few cryptocurrency screeners on the market, with the most comprehensive one (in my view) brought by TradingView, but this is still not good enough to fulfill my needs in catching both present and past trading signals and hence finding the historical patterns that can be exploited with certain trading strategies.

So, I wanted to reach out to the BitcoinMarkets community and gather some feedback on searching for prospective altcoins/tokens and their trading pairs at cryptocurrency exchanges. Am I alone in the need for a more flexible tool to assist us in navigating through the steeply expanding cryptocurrency space?

I've prepared a few questions to facilitate the discussion:
  • What is the main tool you use to find/analyze cryptocoin pairs being traded at various exchanges?
  • What is the killer feature provided by the tool you use? (i.e. if you lost that feature, you would have to abandon the current tool)
  • What is the main pain point / issue caused be the tool you use?
  • What would you like to have improved in the current tool?

(Advertisement Alert) We at CoinHubble.com (coming soon, feel free to take a peek and subscribe for updates) are striving to build a great service for finding the right cryptocoin pairs to invest or speculate. While we do have some really cool features up our sleeves (visit the website for some details), your feedback will be crucial for us to deliver an awesome cryptocurrency screening and analysis tool that will be set to help the community find more opportunities to capitalize on the exciting cryptocurrency market.
