I think I have seen this kind of scam before, not sure though where, perhaps in Facebook or something. But as you can see, there is a lot of red flags from the beginning. I really admire the audacity of these online criminals though, it's pretty obvious that this is a scam, but still they're going to try and see if someone will fall for this kind of tricks.

if you read OP threads gonna buy 1000 btc lol

I took a look at op's history and wow... what are the chances of a millionaire reading this thread? it's very low

so regardless of true intention, they're not gonna find a legit one here. Even if op got lucky and had a few millionaires read this, pretty sure they already have their ways of selling which are more convenient and safer compared to a f2f with a stranger over the internet. It's just so risky when you're carrying a huge amount of money and some stranger knows it.
Its indeed risky actually and no millionaire would just easily meet up someone randomly exposing his identity even if the trade is successful you wouldn't know that you would be potentially still robbed. So its not worth the risk.

Lots of alternatives which doesn't need to have this kind of set-up.Bulk sellers do have their own ways for sure.

I doubt it that you can look for someone who can do this trade.

Find a local exchange or just do OTC if this is real.

Make a proper thread in Currency exchange with all the necessary details.

and lol are you gonna trade millions? with your process, it would be hard for you to get a buyer/seller. Imo, I don't think you should worry too much as f2f transactions generally eliminate the use of middleman. Just find someone reputable in a reputable site and meet up in a public place where there are cctv's or better yet in a police station.

Lets talk if you're OK with the below procedure.

7.   Seller will transfer the bitcoin, and wait until fully transferred to the buyers bitcoin wallet
8.   Once the bitcoins are confirmed and delivered to buyer’s blockchain wallet, buyer’s bank wires the cash to seller’s bank account
