His account has been compromised for a long time and it is controlled by a group. He cannot get access to it right now, unless he file legal case against those people. He does not like to get help from legal institution which is controlled by the same group.

Everyone has different date they got to know about btc and there is no way you can validate if what they are saying is true or false and I don't think you have any letters written by satoshi period.

And I am pretty sure this is SCAM at all. We don't need Satoshi's letter anyway. We got Bitcoin from him, and this is how the latter describes everything he wants to say.
