Thanks for all the responses, I actually was trying to open an account thru Binance US, and had to let them suspend my
initial step, I closed it out, that's why they did it, and now I'm waiting for them to start the process from the beginning.
I'm happy I joined the Forum as I did find out, what the problem was, my camera and microphone was shut off to them.
So I turned it on to them, and waiting to try it out, when I get a new link. If they don't let me have one, I will try
on the Coin Base Exchange and open up their APP. and turn on my Camera and Microphone to them. I will have an Account
eventually. I'm determined.
I will Post when I get one Opened.

Giving an exchange your ID isn't such a great idea anyway. I would recommend to just use an exchange without KYC, like https://bisq.network/ ! No registration, no ID, no picture needed. I guess that's personal problem not the exchange anymore. If you want to verify your account then you need a better phone/device for the camera/audio purpose, if you can't afford to buy a new one let alone to have a better trading experience. Does the exchange not give you any other options to undergo the verification process? Not everyone has webcams. Laptops have them, but many desktop computers don't. There should be an option with instructions on how to take the needed pictures manually and upload them. Take a good look at all the buttons and what they do when you open the verification software.

It would be much easier to find a solution if you could specify how you are accessing the crypto exchange. Via app (Android always has an option to enable permissions for the app to access camera or storage) or through the browser? If though the browser, which one in particular?

- Use your camera & microphone
- You probably turned it off and forgot it so now you have to change the settings and turn it on again. Give it your allowance.
