Too good to be true for me. I mean, you get for free a debit card and an IBAN? Com' on
it isn't totally free, you can see the fees, but they are still good.

Also their site is a bit shady. From a quick visit I found a grammar error.
Where is it?

Anyway, I know others that are using it.

Use it carefully, maybe just test it with few euro at first Smiley

Yeah, debit cards are good to pay things (I've many Grin), but you can't send "bank transfers" with them.

EDIT:
Hmm, it seems possible with Spectrocoin!  Shocked

EDIT2:
The good thing that I see about Leupay, is that the bank account is nominal, so you can even use it to deposit on other exchanges.

Disclaimer
I don't work for Leupay in anyway.
I don't get anything from them by writing this here.
"Nothing"
I just think that this service is good and can be useful for the Bitcoin community Wink

https://www.leupay.eu/

Their old domain is https://www.ipay.eu, they have change it few weeks ago. (they are probably still migrating accounts)
They are these also: https://www.icard.com / https://www.icard.bg

You can open and verify the account for free.
They will be even sent you a debitcard (mc) for free.
You can even deposit with credit/debit cards. (max 5 cards currently)
You will have a sepa iban for every currency that you will enable on your account.
The IBAN is assigned at "your name", so you can use to receive and send to exchanges that need verification

Here are the "actual" fees with a verified account:

I can just say that it works well, but I haven't used it for large amount of money, so be careful as always Wink

Maybe, it will be interesting if an exchange will integrate their iPay system ...

Do you know other services that gives free SEPA account in Europe? (it's good to know competitors to compare them)
