AFAIK max leverage on BitFinex is, right now, 2.5:1. In the past it was 4:1, now "since Bitcoin volatility" is lowered.

You can use CFD's on plus 500 or etoro.
Haven't used them myself, but looks like a quick way to make profit or lose all your money.

There is a bitcoin futures market.  https://icbit.se
That should give you some leverage?  Haven't used them though.

50x, 100x, 500x all common leverage offerings by forex brokers. Does any btc/altcoin exchange offer 10x leverage or larger? Also wouldn't mind a decent trading platform which the current market is lacking aside from btc-e's metatrader 4.
