May be worth a try. I think the myopenpc acrylic caseless is too flexible, and therefore I like that this is metal.
I wasn't impressed with myopenpc. If you had 1 card, like the looks of it, maybe. But it's flimsy, really unstable with 3-4 heavy cards on it and honestly if I could do it over I'd just take a peice of wood, drill 1/8" inch holes and mount the motherboard on that.
Wood is a lot easier to expand/adjust and it's cheap. The aluminum 80/20 setups seem pretty nice.
EDIT: Wanted to add if you wanted to get myopenpc as a cool desktop, it will fit the bill. The value is pretty good for the price. But a mining rig is just more then it was designed for so I wouldn't suggest it for that. The product itself was pretty cool it's just more about looks then running a quad video card mining rig.
