why is this domain worth anything?
Because of the libra project.I can create better domain with Libra keyword infect anybody can create a new domain with this keyword so why would some will buy your domain? Just because there is a word Libra in this domain?

No Minimum bid requirement, No time frame of the auction, No specification of the type of payment and here you are expecting a decent offer.
You are better off just stating the price of the domain and selling it off as advised earlier.
