The only option you have is Electrum, Its pretty good regardless If you are using it with Multi sig or not. There is Armory too but you need to download the blockchain. If you don't mind going with an online wallet (open source), you have GreenAddress.

One more vote for Electrum (https://electrum.org). It does support multisig wallets, although I did not use them personally.

Hello!

Could you please recommend wallet for BTC which hold data locally and support multi signature.
bitcoin core supports this features, but BTC core upload all chain which uses a lot of extra space.

Could you recommend light version without downloading all chain.

I dont never tried it, but i know that Electrum is a good and simple offline wallet, i dont know if have the multi signature options, but you can try
