I only needs 3 confirmations to show up to your lightning wallet, have you tried to refresh the wallet by "pulling-it-down" the screen?

Also, have you replaced the bitcoin address that showed up in the Send window during refill?
It should be the same address that'll show up in "Refill with External Wallet", go check it out and see if the refill transaction's output is the same.

If it is, then it's an issue with Blue's system since their Lightning Wallet is actually custodial.
In that case, try to contact their support (link) regarding the refill issue.

Hi, I recently refilled my orange lighting wallet with my full balance from existing BTC Wallet. Both wallets are at zero now, there have been over 300 confirmations and outgoing transactions are recorded and appear on blockchain. It's been over 48 hours, the size of the sats was 378,000.
