You should consider displaying prices in mBTC, those numbers look too ugly in BTC Cheesy

The interface looks good (Thanks for accepting LN) but there are some notes:

 - Some products worth zero and it added to my "CHECKOUT" when I want to buy.
 - exchange BTC to USD does not seem accurate.
 - Why do you need to know some personal information when purchasing digital products?

The site looks nice. This is what I been expecting to see in other marketplaces but sad to say there is not much like this that accepts bitcoin but as your shop grows you can add other leading altcoins as payment. You only have few stuffs and categories, must add more for more choices and you gotta advertise or promote your site too. Good luck dude, its a nice startup.

Looks pretty good, I'm on mobile for the next couple of days, so can only offer feedback on that aspect.
I'd start contacting some small-scale sellers on other bitcoin-related shop platforms & ask them to set up a store on your platform.

Would look a whole lot better if there were more sellers, which is why I'm making this suggestion.

I was thinking also about something like https://github.com/BlueWallet/LndHub to give each vendor a lnd wallet. But that require them to install a app, and will be custodial. Prob better they can choose have a bitcoin adress where they want, eg a exchange, hardware wallet or whatever.
But this option might be good for vendors with many many micro transactions, and where they want the cash in real time after each purchase.

So prob in future i will invest in integrating vendor lightning backend also.

Thanks for feedback.
Yes correct. the point of sale with customer in lightning  then payout to vendor  on chain. Was more a practical solution since lnd can only have one wallet per node right now. But semantic feels quite ok. the system keeps track on fees and how much each vendor can withdraw and then right now is a manual step with payout to bitcoin adress of choice. And because of on chain fee, have to have a threshold to not send every small transaction. But this tradeoff right now gives best of both, fast for customer and on chain for vendor.

In future maybe have several options for vendors.

Just checked, looks nice. The design looks too basic (compared to that big marketplace) but I guess that's not really a problem for now.

Btw, just checked at seller page and I see this

Withdrawal threshold  1,000,000 Satoshi. Around 50 US dollar. Because of On chain costs associated when you get funds.
So you'll process their withdrawal through on-chain transactions and not LN?

I started very small, minimal development yet, only sysadmin stuff. Maybe spend 2-3 days on it so far. Setting bitcoin, lightning and shop up.

The cost of running it are small at the moment,  a litttle electricity and bandwith but really nothing to think about and maybe 50$ worth in satoshis for domain name and some small things. Also locked up about 500$ worth on lightning, hopefully those will not go up in smoke Smiley

Soo could have it running forever in current state. If it would grow i would have to scale up, soo as long as i learn stuff and i think it is fun.

I created a amazon for lightning. https://www.opentribe.io
Just a small hobby project but having fun tinkering around. lightning payments is workimg and content creators can create shops and sell their goods.
I am thinking E-Books, orginal art etc.

Let me know what you guys think.

Apart from the development time, how much money and resources have you thrown in this project so far? The more important question is, how long can you keep the website running without getting any monetary incentive from it in return?

I am trying to weigh some practical options here.
