I heard the lightning network will be
all most no fees when making an bitcoin
transaction, that would be most certainly
great because the bitcoin fees or way to high.
It is believed to solve scaling problems but with all no fees? I don't think so, it can lower the fees but miners will still get reward and paid for each confirmation that we will get from them. Let's see the result until the test is done and ready.
Lightning network is centralized crap basically.
You are speaking nonsense! If you can't solve the problem just don't be the problem.

Lightning network is centralized crap basically.

As you can see here (also original link on twitter), this thing you know nothing about already has 100 nodes and growing.
Do your own research instead of posting things from others' agenda.

I always wonder when Lightning network will be implemented?

It's being deployed and tested as we speak. Some have already made successful transactions on LN, since about 2 weeks ago it really looks good.
Edit: some reading: https://diarweekly.com/volume-2-issue-3/

I think that the Lightning network will not significantly affect the price of BTH

It won't, because as soon as some businesses start using SegWit, as long as some businesses start using LN, the spam over the network will decrease more and more, making you think that all was in vain.
But, with Lightning Network you will not have to wait tens of minutes for a transaction; with LN Bitcoin will become a proper coin, a mean to pay for things in a proper way.

Because the block jams hinder the BTC is the cause of the rise further, I think if Lightning network can solve this problem, so the btc will rise further, but  I seldom saw about any new about the lightning network recently.

With fees lowered to practically almost nothing, and transactions that are lightning fast, it will increase people's interest in Bitcoin and even have those who left return.. This builds up a real high demand for Bitcoin which will drive prices up to unimaginable levels....

Lightning network has been developed and is under its testing stage which too is almost over. So we can say lightning network is here. But unfortunately there is still no information regarding as to dates when it will be used in various commonly used applications like Electrum and Mycelium. Moreover you might know that in a place where even segwit hasn't been implemented to all wallets how can you expect lightning network to flow in so swiftly?

Litecoin implemented a lightning network, is indeed feasible, but bitcoin has also tried, but because of the bitcoin's characteristics and user population led to Bitcoin's lightning network is not so easy to achieve. Bitcoin will also look for other expansion plans, such as 1: 100
If not lightning network, what do you think will be the solution to solve this problem about slow transaction and big fees. And what do bitcoin need to make it great again?

It isn't. Stop spreading FUD. There is nothing centralized about it. It's still going to be peer to peer, I don't understand why some of people think it's going to be centralized.

I understand your frustrations about the high cost of transaction fees and slow confirmation. Will it help alleviate the network congestion? Absolutely, but would you rather implement it today without going to a lot of test to make sure everything works as design or quickly release it and in matter of hours people are bitching out because it crash or something breaks up?

LN has been in Alpha since January 10, (http://lightning.community/release/software/lnd/lightning/2017/01/10/lightning-network-daemon-alpha-release/).

I know that everyone is really excited to used it because bitcoin transaction would become much cheaper at the same time very fast. Eventually, it will be rolled out and expect bitcoin price to go up again. (If that's what you want to hear).

It's active already though if you're expecting it to solve every problem in the blockchain immediately, it won't. Lightning network isn't going to be an overnight solution and it may take months or even weeks. Though personally, i think the transactions have improved a little already with lower fees and faster ttransaction time.

The developers of this project have no exact date on when will lightning network be available to release their mainnet. it will surely solve the scaling problem but another problem here is the acceptance of every country that lightning network cannot solve and also one of the reason why bitcoin struggles to recover. you can visit their twitter account so you will always get the latest update about lightning.

lightning network is not exactly something that is implemented one day. it is like a protocol which is already there and now there are applications being built based on it.

it is like asking when will bitcoin be implemented! bitcoin protocol is already there, and many programs are built to use it such as bitcoin core, electrum,....

currently the L network is up and running with 101 nodes and 229 channels,
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.28589053
these "programs" that i talked about are still in testing phase but you can start using them for testing and contribute to their development.
Lightning Network Daemon https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lnd
a Lightning Network implementation in C https://github.com/ElementsProject/lightning
Lightning Network desktop application https://github.com/LN-Zap/zap-desktop
and a lot more.

I wonder when this L network can massively be adopted to give ease to its users? And what are the problems hindering these changes?

I would say ease of use and stability mostly.

Ease of use because this whole concept of payment channels is still fairly new and developers need to find a proper way to package the details of opening / closing a channel into a practicable user experience.

Stability in that there's probably still a lot of edge cases out there that need some testing to be done, otherwise we'd have people lose their coins on a regular basis. Not irrecoverably lost, mind you, but likely in a way that would require a multitude of technical steps that you can't expect from the average user. Even without people losing coins there's still aspects such as routing and connectivity to which a lack of stability is detrimental.

Got this from twitter. https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/7rwq5x/a_lengthy_explanation_on_why_bs_really_limited/ The problem with this kind of advancements is the politics behind it. Miners, Mining Pools, Exchange Platforms are refusing to make a change.
