I was sending so many pm's because all of the sudden three people where asking me about the amazon gc's I was selling, and they were asking more questions to my replies etc.

I'm sure if they really wanted to, they have the skills to create a mod for it.
Something like that would make more sense. SMF doesn't support it, though.
Yes, that's exactly my point and was why I said max 25 a day instead of 10 per hour. =]

240 PMs per day is already too many: no need to make it worse.
How about 25 PMs per day instead?
There can be a legit reason why people second more then 10 per hour, also, if someone was spamming, that would mean they will be able to send out 240 PMs a day per account.
