just wait for 180days, if they're not taking your money away then you can withdraw it through bank, if they did , you better go sleep for health is better, Paypal is rule .

I have 2 paypal limited accounts and I own both of them and they are NOT stolen. I have the phone numbers connected to them as well. Paypal decided to be assholes and limit my account after getting scammed. Can you help me get the money out? One of them has 358$.
