This seems REALLY off-topic for here,
Yes, I know, and I am truely sorry for that. Forgive me, please ;-)

I am developing (hence my choice of this subforum) something, and I am brainstorming a good name for it.

GREAT. You're the man.
That is exactly what I had hoped for.

Thanks a lot.

This seems REALLY off-topic for here, but why not just do a search on sites like these, and look at the man pages:
http://linux.die.net/man/
http://man7.org/linux/man-pages/dir_section_1.html
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=coin

Thx a lot.

Could please some very experienced Linux user (someone with thousands of packages installed) ...
type for me:

Code:
coin
coins
altcoin
altcoins

and see if/what it is starting?

Thanks.

Are there well-known, and much used Linux-commands 'coin' or 'coins'?

Is there a database of taken/used/common command line commands?

Thx.

Most of the time what you run on a linux device is called coinnamed. The d stands for daemon or something I'm told.
