I get it, good for him, I agree that the post helped but if you lie to catch a liar what makes you then?
I couldn't find an appropriate term [off the top of my head] to describe this situation, but I guess a "blue liar" is close enough.

And I'm convinced that he avoided on purpose making a revie about linzhi.cn.com so in my eyes he's just another scammer!
May I know why you're still convinced that smooki3 has a connection with the website in question [perhaps I've missed something]?

Because @smooki3 specifically said that he was looking for scamming websites that sell linzhi (and he stated that only https://linzhi.io is the real website so he knows that and any other website was a scam) and linzhi.cn.com is the f****g first website on google searches + BONUS: if you go on linzhi.cn.com they will have an announcement on the top header that says evominers.com is a scam website [that is true], what was @smooki3 first post about? Yes about his scamming competitor evominers.com on February 02 2021, considering @smooki3 made his account on December 08 2020 and the linzhi.cn.com was created on 15 January 2021 (too much coincidence here)
All competitors had negative reviews posted at the same time on review platforms except linzhi.cn.com (in the meantime looks like competitor get the idea and started to take revenge)
In my opinion, this was a coordinated attack so that linzhi.cn.com will look good and scam all the naive people looking for linzhi miner.

Just look at @smooki3, when I started the post he did reply very fast but after I made the video on how he forged the evidence and provoked him to make a post about linzhi.cn.com there is no answer... I mean come on, he's making a fool of us!!!

I think I've proved very clear how he forged the evidence on his first post (see the video)
I've seen it and since he/she posted a "transaction ID", I believe that smooki3 encountered a similar problem to the one "albinloan" reported, so he/she improvised [I don't completely agree with such tactics, but smooki3 did it to warn others]:

and you're still defending him!
I understand where you're coming from, but I'm just stating the facts [e.g. on "this post", you mentioned 9 of his/her threads were related to "Linzhi stores", but on the "next post" I said 15 of them had something to do with "Linzhi stores and products"... If my plan was to blindly defend smooki3, I would've not posted that information!].

I just wanted to make a point; that not all users that post about scams have good intentions!!!
I completely agree with that part.

good luck with that

a lot of members here already know that. there have already been case/s here in the forum where members exposed scammers, cheaters, etc.. but in the end they themselves were scammers as well

Mate his last post was on 30 December!!!!! the rest were only replies!
I was referring to smooki3's activity in general, hence why I showed the gaps in posts, as opposed to the gaps in topics smooki3 created... The fact that there are larger gaps in regards to the latter part, makes what you're trying to achieve here a lot harder!

he's clearly avoiding my post because I got him red-handed, but what do I know?  Roll Eyes
Apart from his/her last post, I highly doubt that's the main reason behind smooki3's inactivity [that's been pretty much the norm for smooki3]:

not to be rude, but you, believing that the evidence is enough don't really matter. if you want a visible negative tag on his profile, you'll have to convince a DT with concrete evidence in order for them to support your accusation and give the appropriate feedback on smooki3's profile.

if you check his post history he doesn't post regularly. so I'm not really sure if him not posting has something to do with this accusation.

sincerely I don't know what to believe... I've sent private messages to moderator to help and no one will reply... this forum will become bogus for me since the community won't get involved!
I am not sure what it is that you want them to do. scams are not moderated, so there will be no banning that will happen. the most thing someone even a moderator can do is give that person a negative tag.

well a negative tag will work since he forged evidence and did mislead people in order to protect his own scam! that should be the correct reaction, right?
I'm sure if this account will get banned he will create a new one and continue to post about his scam competition but with the help of this post, the community should see that evidence can be forged and even legit businesses can be affected by this type of con man like @smooki3.
Once again I agree when someone does some good and prevents others from dangerous websites but I don't agree when someone tries to make a full of me / us by chasing his interest.
@smooki3 could just make a post about linzhi.cn.com scamming website but looks like he refuses and he avoided warning about them on purpose!!! THAT FOR ME IS ENOUGH EVIDENCE THAT HE DOES NOT DESERVE ANY CREDIT - PLUS HE LIES ABOUT HIS PURCHASE ON OTHER SCAMMING WEBSITES AND I CAN'T TRUST A LIAR!  Cool

I don't know why you are continuing with the accusations, but everyone know that, everyone can make his website to appear and work however they want.

You are not going to achieve anything, because I will continue to post and expose scammers, I hope you will do the same.

I've a real life and I won't waste my time with your gibberish. This is my last comment in this topic.

Then I'm waiting for your post about  linzhi.cn.com scam and explanation on why you forged the proof of payment on evominers.com (you can't fool me since I'm a WordPress developer and I know how woocommerce works, I will even place an order on evominers for the lowest priced product they have and prove you did forge the evidence... I have a good eye for guys like you mate).
If you do this I will stop confronting you and I will apologize!

I'm not very familiar with woocommerce.
So I can't comment

Hi @yxt, I have posted the video that shows how @smooki3 forged the proof and lie about purchasing the miner, I can also record an example on the evominers.com website but only the front-end interface since I don't have access to the back-end.

EXPLAIN THIS  Cool https://imgshare.io/image/rCNqeX

Well, looks like our friend @smooki3 has nothing to say to defend himself because I've caught him red-handed.

Here is a video on a new installed WordPress with woocommerce that shows how the impostor @smooki3 forged the proof of payment on evominers.com (again I'm not defending anyone but those scammers were right he forged the proof)
You will notice that when the order is in Processing status the cancel button won't appear on the orders page but @smooki3 forgot to hide that button when he edited the page from the browser and I've noticed that... too bad evominers did not, they could confront him like this ahaha just kidding.

https://vimeo.com/667881611

So, @smooki3 my friend you can say anything but I know you are behind linzhi.cn.com and I will continue to hunt you! I will find the rest of the projects you are involved in and I will bring justice for all the scammed hard-working people!!!
Or you can prove me I'm wrong...

When I saw them, the information in the web was contradictory. They were listed as the official manufacturer in asicminervalue.com and miningwatchdog.com (https://miningwatchdog.com/asic/miner-detail/linzhi-phoenix-linzhi-phoenix-2600-mh-602).
I asked them to remove the link

At this point even the website linzhi.io led to their website.

NO! I explained it here:

there was (seems offline now) a 1:1 copy of the real site, but with the link to the scammers shop

showing línzhi.io in the browser, notice the fake character "i"

it was https://xn--lnzhi-zsa.io/ (<--- SCAM Site)

Then all of the professional pictures (not the cutted one from the f2pool clip) and the logo of the miner were with primary source this website.
The pics are clear renderings. Easy to spot

I already said to this guy Robbert that I’m sorry for what has happened to him in his post, but I’m not guy he is looking for..

I’m sure that he is a wolf in sheep’s clothing and it’s really ugly to point a finger at me, when I spent some of my free time to help this community..
We need to raise a flag against this guy so he can’t spread more lies.
Seems both of you were scammed, assuming the other one is  somehow connected with scammers.
Maybe you 2 want to make a posting together about all the scamming site. Than everybody should be happy and maybe more people get warned

It's worth noting that, google search results aren't always the same:
Depending on "a few things (https://www.lcn.com/blog/get-different-results-google-vs-location-users/)", results may vary from person to person..

beside google, that site was/is one of the most active.

Don’t read only what you want to read.

In this post, you state that you've asked https://linzhi.io about evominers.com
Why didn't you do the same for linzhi.cn.com ?
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5313992

I'm sure I've seen on one of your posts that you state the only legal seller of Linzhi Phoenix is https://linzhi.io
Many other websites had positive reviews before you started to post about them, why didn't you change your mind about them?

Also, I tend to believe you are behind https://miningwatchdog.com
They have reviewed many websites that sell Linzhi Phoenix https://miningwatchdog.com/blog/

Interestingly, you brought that word about miningwatchdog.com because I was about to mention them too since they recomend to buy miners from linzhi.cn.com and apply the same tactic to accuse only a few websites of scamming that don't correspond with those from your criminal's group, you're getting cornered!

I agree with RobertClick that it is strange that there is no warning about the scammer site that is easiest to find,
especially if you look for it regularly:

But go on google and search for "Linzhi Phoenix", you will see that the first website that pops in search results is linzhi.cn.com
It's worth noting that, google search results aren't always the same:

Now, what the moderators will do about this situation?
Nothing:

  • 19. Possible (or real) scams and Trust ratings are not moderated (to prevent moderation abuse).
    ~Snipped~
Q: Why haven't you banned who is an obvious scammer?
A: Possible (or real, not for me to decide) scams are not moderated to prevent moderator abuse. If we start picking out which ones we call "scammers" and ban, we would make a lot of decisions based on biased opinions.

I'm not a scammer but a victim
Have you tried reporting it to its registrar?

  • But that was months later.
The second one that I've linked earlier was for last month, but such things don't really matter...
    - What matters is having similar or rather connected fake/scam platforms in a single thread, so when someone searches about one of them, they'd also see the rest!

I agree with RobertClick that it is strange that there is no warning about the scammer site that is easiest to find,
especially if you look for it regularly:
Perhaps he/she or others thought @logfiles's warning was more than enough [no need for creating a separate thread].

My opinion is that you are some scammer from the websites that I've posted about and your income has stopped and now you are trying to get revenge on me.

@smooki3 I'm not a scammer but a victim of two websites that scammed me and one of them is yours " linzhi.cn.com ".
I did my research and will continue to do so and you won't get away with it, we're already making a larger group so that we can take international legal actions against those like you!

I've searched for all the websites that have Linzhi Phoenix for sale and they were all bombed with negative reviews in the same time (same dates with few hours distance) and then looked at linzhi.cn.com reviews and I have seen positive reviews in the same dates as the negative ones from the scamming competition... coincidence? I think NOT!
Would you mind listing the names of the websites in question?

The user @smooki3 among others, never purchased anything and created fake reviews because he is with linzhi.cn.com scammers team; he specifically targeted websites that sell Linzhi Phoenix and not others.
You don't have to purchase anything, in order to warn others about platforms that are clearly meant to scam their users [I've done that on numerous occasions]! As someone who has commented in some of his/her threads, I do know for a fact that the part I've highlighted in pink, it's not entirely true:

  • Out of the "28 threads" on this board...
    • 6 of them were about fake Linzhi stores.
    • 4 of the reported platforms, had a Linzhi product in their stores [based on archived links].
    • 5 of them had the word Linzhi in their content [e.g. was used as an example].

Note: Although most of smooki3's threads [15 to be exact] have something to do with exposing fake Linzhi stores, he/she have exposed other stuff as well and in addition to that, the following part explains why smooki3 has a lot of threads about fake Linzhi stores:

Post no.1: evominers.com REVIEW - FRAUD ALERT !!!!
Post Link: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5313992

He did a mistake here and I will show you.
The user @smooki3 pretended that he had bought a Linzhi Phoenix from evominers website and looks like user @evominers accused him of forging that evidence, well I think @evominers were right even that they are scammers but I've noticed something in the PrintScreen shared by @smooki3:
"Here you are the proof you needed:"
----------
https://imgshare.io/image/pplDKd
https://imgshare.io/image/ppltWH (in this image order status states as Processing but the cancel button is present)

From what I know about woocommerce (it's obvious that they use this) the cancel button disappears when order status is changed to Processing, if you don't trust me you can check.
So looks like our friend @smooki3 forgot about these little details on his rush to forge fake evidence and fool us, I'm not saying that evominers are legit but should we allow false accusations here?
https://imgshare.io/image/rCNqeX
So about forging evidence using the inspect tool in the browser and changing some code @evominers were right and @smooki3 did lie, the rest of the accusations I agree with him regarding the reviews.

So he pursues taking down all the websites that sell Linzhi Phoenix! REMEMBER THAT, IT IS IMPORTANT!!!

Well, you get the idea. This guy targeted only websites that sell Linzhi Phoenix... nothing wrong till now!
But go on google and search for "Linzhi Phoenix", you will see that the first website that pops in search results is linzhi.cn.com
Wait! What? did @smooki3 deliberately ignore this website? could this be his own scamming website and he created posts here for the scamming competitors so he can steal all the money from people?

Even on the linzhi.cn.com website on the top header, you can see a notice that states other websites like evominers.com scams people and should not buy from them (actually true thing) but that doesn't mean linzhi.cn.com is legit... so you see the connection here? blame others so you can seem legit!

CONCLUSIN: there were 0 posts on this forum about linzhi.cn.com SCAMMING WEBSITE and the liar @smooki3 is behind it.

Now, what the moderators will do about this situation? He indeed helped expose other scammers but he did it for his own interest and at the same time he is a scammer too!

My opinion is that you are some scammer from the websites that I've posted about and your income has stopped and now you are trying to get revenge on me.

Saying you "did some deep research" but not willing to share with us does not back your claim in any way. Rather the opposite

I'm not going debate this further... we've all seen seen wolves disguise as seheeps!
saying "I'm not gonna debate this further" only shows the lack of evidence to prove what you claim. also, we haven't really seen anything yet. unless you can provide evidence linking the accounts you mentioned to linzhi.cn.com no one will take this thread seriously.

This is my personal opinion and I think I'm right!!!!
saying it doesn't really prove anything.

The user @smooki3 among others, never purchased anything and created fake reviews because he is with linzhi.cn.com scammers team
can you provide evidence connecting smooki3 to linzhi.cn.com? I am curious about what evidence you have to support your claim(positive review on linzhi.cn.com doesn't really qualify as valid evidence as to why they are connected to the website). also, just like what yxt said I've seen a lot of posts of him exposing scammers.

They are scammers for sure, but I believe that behind the scam are not he same guys.
I have found that all websites that are selling Linzhi Phoenix are getting multiple fake negative reviews that correspond to a pattern, and the only one that does not is linzhi.cn.com
Just look at their truspilot profiloe: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/linzhi-inc.com

This should be a warning to all naive persons that try to purchase Linzhi Phoenix from linzhi.cn.com or other scam websites! THE ONLY OFFICIAL WEBSITE IS https://linzhi.io/ and the rest are SCAMS!

Crypto Swap Exchange
And please be careful about linzhi.cn.com because they are some sophisticated criminals; they scam people and listed 2 websites on their header accusing them of scams.. This is insane!
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/linzhi.cn.com

even if you hadn't written anything about this, I would never have believed them. Just checked they're about page and I find there only some random text, nothing about who is behind. does anyone really believe in a website like this and send them money?
I find another one linzhi website linzhi-inc.com/ Even if it's a little bit better designed, I would not be surprised if he is the same owner of both sites.

yes only linzhi.io is real and all other are fake!
@smooki3 targeted all the websites that sell Linzhi Phoenix; he exposed the scamers in the interes of his own scam! Get it?
Apologize to @philipma1957 (I will edit the post), now I see that he quoted you. But the scope of that topic si to make linzhi.cn.com look good, and you are the only one who acuse them of being scamers!
The thing is that I was burned by them and I'm sure there is a connection here because I've did some deep research.

1. only linzhi.io is real. All other are fake!
phoenix was never sold to the public! So ALL offers are fake. All people claiming other are scammers

2. why do you think @smooki3 is connected with the scam site linzhi_cn_com? I just see many helpful posts from him, exposing scammers

3. @philipma1957 just quoted my post, helped warning people. You mixed something up there

I came to the conlusion that linzhi.cn.com is a SCAM WEBISTE and just wants to eliminate the scamming competition!
The user @smooki3 knows what I'm talking about: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5313992

They did all they could so that all websites that sell Linzhi Phoenix have negative reviews on Trustpilot and other review platforms, including bitcointalk forum.

The user @smooki3 among others, never purchased anything and created fake reviews because he is with linzhi.cn.com scammers team; he specifically targeted websites that sell Linzhi Phoenix and not others.
Here is a fake post that tries to make linzhi.cn.com seem legit, but the pictures can be found on google.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5322858.msg56530831;topicseen#msg56530831 (fake topic that aims to make linzhi.cn.com look legit)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/review-linzhi-phoenix-2700-mhs-ethash-asic-miner-5306822

In other words, all topics made by @smooki3, @watch222 are fake and should at least be moderated because they don't reflect reality!
It's the first time in my life when I see scammers accusing scammers lol..

And please be careful about linzhi.cn.com because they are some sophisticated criminals; they scam people and listed 2 websites on their header accusing them of scams.. This is insane!
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/linzhi.cn.com

CONCLUSION! linzhi.cn.com is scam!  only https://linzhi.io/ is real!!!!
