What's the issue? A fake transaction ID? I suggest contacting the support because even If you post on their thread on the forums, they won't answer you. As soon as your problem is solved, withdraw your funds and don't look back. The number of people facing withdrawal and deposit issues is just a lot, definitely a red flag.
