So liqui team is still ignoring everyone. I remember when they first launched, they had a lot of promotions here and there that attracted customers and their support wasn't that bad. But over time, especially in the last year, they've just gone to crap gradually.
Remember what happened to poloniex? Same thing is happening to every other exchange.

I think it's fair for you to at least demand a response from them, instead of constantly having your tickets closed and ignored.

Their deposits and withdrawals were always problematic, a lot of people have stuck deposits or withdrawals with Liqui since last year that are unresolved. And if there was ever a problem with them you know for sure that you're not going to get assistance from the support. You're right, it's best to stop storing funds and using Liqui if you are still doing so. There are just so many issues and so little effort put into resloving them by the Liqui team.
Even if he demands it,nothing would happen. It may make his case even worse, harsh behaviour doesn't work well in the online world when your money is at stake. Better be patient and calm. Works everytime.

@OP: Liqui's account here has also not been online since like 8 months.
Try contacting them here:

Good luck!

They are doing business with luck because they do not have any founding capital.

However, if they display maximum withdraw limit on balances section like okex, they can work without problems.

But I accept it because it does not have the principle of human respect.

Rogue team ...

So the problem was a token transfer error, right?

It seems like that Liqui's support is still as bad as it was last year. Last year from around August onwards, I don't think that there had been any time period where Liqui's support was responsive at all. And looking at your case, it seems like that they made no effort to better their customer support whatsoever. Closing tickets unanswered is the most frustrating thing you can do to your customers, at least close it AFTER you respond with something. They have every responsibility to ensure that your problems are solved, at least. It's their problem that the transaction had issues, not you.

Liqui has proven themselves to be quite the untrustworthy exchange, I would avoid.

I'd suggest creating a new thread in the Scam Accusation subforum rather than posting about this here, or making a new post in the thread linked above. I haven't had a great experience with Liqui in the past either (with Iconomi in my case), though not to the degree that some people are experiencing right now.

Although they are shady, and their support completely unresponsive, I don't think that scam accusation is appropriate. But moving this to exchange is probably more appropriate.

It will help notifying other traders to be warned not to use Liqui anymore which will tell his experience that they have a poor support and tickets aren't taken seriously since this is a Service Discussion.

As others said, we can't help you on this matter, wishing you that you can finally get your money back very soon.

Exchanges nowadays are not really safe or they are prone to issues but as long they can able to resolve it they would retain their reputation or position if not then its better to avoid such site.
The growth of their members are getting high so this can also be due to it, they can't handle all of them but not all exchange are not doing their job to help and resolve all of their customers problem.

But yeah there's no perfect exchange.

Withdrawal and support response to tickets are really an issue with Liqui for several users these days. In their ANN thread, you will see the same cases posted and have been solved mostly after a month or more. So, it might also take a little longer to get your money back just like in other users.

Flooding with tickets won't help imo, maybe that's why they closed yours because you have more than one ticket open for one issue.

This is the only time i do make use of Liqui exchange into those times that im selling of my Iconomi coins back in the past and after that i didnt tend to lean back and make use of their exchange and now im do see some issues with liqui exchange which still unresolved. He could post it in the scam accusation section, but with how exchanges overall suffer from these problems, and especially so when it comes to these shitcoin exchanges, complaints take ages to process and settle. Liqui alongside Cryptopia and a few other shitcoin exchanges are the worst of the worst, but people unfortunately still use them. At least OP realizes his mistake, but as always, it comes after people having signed up there. Doing a simple form of research helps a lot. It won't take long before you see a very long list of complaints, where some people even wait for weeks without a reply from support. The sooner people stop using these exchanges, the sooner they'll dry out. I personally don't consider it to be a scam, yet, just incompetence.

It seems to be a generalized problem. Even here in the forum  there are other several reports related, as: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/liquiio-is-a-scam-beware-1979054

I'm sorry, man. I hope you can get your money back, and thanks for the advice.

I wanted to witdraw 611 TaaS from Liqui on April 14th.

They made it happen after I waited for about 3 days. I had to submit a withdraw report for this and open two support tickets.

But even the Liqui team did not perform the withdraw transaction because they did not control their balances. This exploded during the withdraw process of several other customers.

TX: https://etherscan.io/tx/0x5353f2b5569e3239dc0083c99b6c6ea3d9c1cd9430fab005c4f1358f956d783c

They turned me on to report the situation. But I had already reported this before TX was formed and I can not do it again.

I communicated this to them. Several times. I think the support tickets that I created have reached five. They never made a comeback.

All tickets were closed unanswered.

After my victimization, many other customer witdhraw operations were done.

When I finished my work with Liqui, I swore not to use it again. Please take care of yourself, please.
