I still have no answer from Liqui support and no answer on telegram channel.

In addition I've done some research and I want to share with you this concerns:
- It is not clear who is the legal entity behind the web service Liqui. In the web site there is a "© Liqui Trade, Inc" and in the terms and condition a  "Liqui Exchange 2016 ©" both generic without details on place of registration
- Nowhere is defined who own the company and who are the team components
- None of the team is on Linkedin or if is there is not mentioning Liqui as his company.

I know that in this forum there is a user who appears to be an official Liqui team member, but actually this company can disappear in any moment leaving no trace of them with all the value of all of as who has some coin on their wallet.

Joining this view with no answer on a so incredible and very bad bug on SAN wallet, I guess this is a very dangerous situation.

SCAM IN PROGRESS ?

No, unfortunately I've no SAN in my balance. ZERO in balance and ZERO in orders.

It seems not exactly my case.

I can't see Active Orders.

So there are only two options:
a) the Active Orders view has a bug and doesn't show the orders that keep my unsold token locked.
b) all the orders has been completed but no ETH/BTC has been added to my balance. In this case the Trade history has a bug too, showing only half of the orders completed.

I really hope that someone from Liqui here can read this post because it seems very dangerous problem and can impact on their reputation.

Even because the standard support is not answering and I believe that a "normal" operator can't correctly evaluate the critical level of this issue.

I feel it's the first one and definitely our orders have been locked up somewhere. I've been noticing many bugs recently with their deposit and withdrawal buttons as well and it's because they've changed their interface. I never noticed this earlier where everything worked fine. I still can't see my tokens in the active orders. Can you see your 6000 SAN in your account balance? I mean in the second column (in orders).

I got the same issue with my XID tokens. I sold 500 tokens and only 300 got and remaining 200 are showing that they are still pending in the order. May be because the buy order was only half fulfilled and hence my tokens are stuck. Those 300 tokens too were not sold immediately but they were sold in parts and I could see the cash getting added slowly in my btc account but still now 200 are stuck. They don't are shown in my open orders.

Hallo !

I'm writing here to check if someone had the same problem before on Liqui. I've opened a ticket with no answer.

The problem is this one:

I've deposited, let say, 12.000 SAN (Santiment) token. Then I've sold all of them in various orders.
Now the balance is 0 SAN, but the trade history shows only sales for 6000 SAN.
I've no open order, pending withdraw ... no ETH/BTC as been added to my balance for the missing 6000 SAN.
So I guess this is a big bug.

Any others whit the same problem on Liqui ?

Thanks.
