credo che dovresti registrarti al portale per completare la procedura del claim (potrebbero anche esserci dei limiti temporali e li per li almeno io ho avuto non poche difficoltà a trovare una minima traccia di attività)....
hai idea di come si fa a capire cosa si aveva dentro prima dello scam? è stata già pubblicata/inviata qualche informazione a riguardo che ti risulta?

Io superato la parte dove ti chiedono come ufficializzare il claim mesi fa...da quel momento solo silenzio.
In qualche modo anche questo exchange lascerà un segno nella storia delle cryptovalute.

1. Cryptocurrencies are formally and undeniably recognized as property. The definition referred to in the judgment is this one (for those who don't know, I'd like to specify that this is New Zealand Law): "property means property of every kind whether tangible or intangible, real or personal, corporeal or incorporeal, and includes rights, interests, and claims of every kind in relation to property however they arise".
This gives you all the rights that are attached to it, meaning in a nutshell they're yours, you can do with it as you please, and no-one is allowed to take them from you without agreement from your side.
2. If you leave your cryptocurrencies on an exchange - regardless of the fact of (not) owning the private keys - they remain yours, and do not become the property of the exchange. This protects the owner against bankruptcy and also against theft / hacking (if the money can be found Cool but that goes for any property, of course).
3. Little side note: NZ law and Australian Law are "quite" alike. If Australian judges decide to follow the same line of thought, this could open interesting perspectives for Nauticus Exchange - based in Australia - customers.

non ricordo adesso ma credo che fu una sorta di hacking + problemi di bancarotta.
Non tutti i fondi andarono persi.

E' interessante che rispetto al caso MTGOXX qui ci fu una sorta di attenzione a livello governativo di un certo livello. (NZ)
ovviamente questo era un exchange di secondo ordine che ho utilizzato sia per trading che come storage di alcune shitcoin.*
in alcuni casi valgono talmente poco che non ha senso manca installare il wallet
Vediamo cosa uscirà fuori da questo recupero. Come ben sai alcune shitcoin che valevano pochi satoshi in quegli anni oggi hanno avuto notevoli rivalutazioni per cui questo recupero può sempre riservare (piacevoli) sorprese.
Nel caso ci fossero altri italiani in questa situazione contattatemi qui o in privato. Dovrei riprovare a recuperare l'account entro questa settimana.
*ricordo di avere qualche coin la dentro prima che andasse offline ma non ricordo esattamente il totale ne quali monete.
