Finally they resolved my (new) ticket pretty fast, AFTER this thread I guess...

Withdrawal went through easily though...

What can I say more, deposited some ETH (money is money doesn't matter how much) to the liqui ETH address https://etherscan.io/address/0xdD46CA09211A121806754Ef057c727856A8F09A8#internaltx

and still no deposit. Support is ignoring me except of one standard answer...

This is the TX https://etherscan.io/tx/0xdcfd7284b091324107acdb92706b881e13c0741ee9716aa1dc6e65cbff3af289

Is there a way to get the real mail address? I want to report it to my local police and give the case to my lawyer.

After a few days I got this answer but after that nothing happened...

I can feel your pain - and I hope Liqui will solve the problem. The problem is - as for many ICO or other exchanges... You made a internal transaction over a smart contract and Liqui has to solve this issue by hand.

A internal transaction is not a "real" transaction.

An internal transaction is not a real transaction - it has no signature and is not included in the blockchain. It is the result of a contract initiating a value transfer, or calling another contract, typically using the CALL opcode.

But I might have an idea to solve the problem. Gonna do a bit research.  Grin

edit:

Yeah - you can trigger Liqui's smart contract by sending a small amount of ETH to your address.

Thank you, I tried and it actually moved https://etherscan.io/address/0xdd46ca09211a121806754ef057c727856a8f09a8

But still no deposit into my account, maybe it will take some hours, will recheck tonight.

As far as I know, there's no other way to contact them aside from the support and business inquiries' email. Random Liqui users are experiencing issues with withdrawal and deposit and no one could help them other than the support. I saw some cases on their Main Thread that have been solved, but really took some time (more than a month like yours).

Thanks for your response. Yes-.... this is more than bothering... first saying they will look into it, but doing nothing. It's obviously in their wallets, they just have to move the funds to the right wallet respectively add it to the right account and that's it a matter of 5 minutes max...

I hope they going to solve this problem...
You're a bit lucky that you got a reply, but since nothing happened, the reply seems to be useless and just leave you hoping. We can't please them to look into each others issue right away even if it's a 5mins fixed though. I think it would be okay to follow up the issue once if it was weeks ago already after the last response from support. Just don't send more than 1 ticket about it.

Why not try PMing their forum rep as well as replynig to their posts on twitter? Hopefully they will respond that way.
Their forum rep never serves as a support and will just say that you should open a ticket. It was used to update about coin listing so it won't help. Their twitter account seems to work the same, but OP could try since the account is active.

It's not even that small of an amount. $1.7k is a serious issue and you should definitely be worried about it.

It's unfortunate that liqui has come to this. I remember that they were an okay exchange, and they listed antshares(NEO) ahead of everyone else so it was a nice platform for trading futures and ICO coins.

But since late last year their management has been screweing up a lot. I have no idea what this is caused by but obviously it's nohting good. Deposits, withdrawals, and support tickets are all being affected right now.

Them saying we will check it means nothing. It's an empty promise, really. Why not try PMing their forum rep as well as replynig to their posts on twitter? Hopefully they will respond that way.
