Yeah, it does mean that all-too-often. But when ya think about it, a person who reaps a huge gains from an exploding crypto is essentially a successful bagholder. Case in point: the Ether-heads who bought ETH during its pre-sale who have no intention of selling any even today. Those lucky folks are acting just like bagholders.
But of course, that raises the question of which of the (few) alts will be a successful baghold.To play the game this way, ya gotta be really choosy.
