Lisk is rising because other altcoins close to lisk rises. It attracts attention because of its price compared to other coins.
Even i am surprised with the rise in price,i think it is just a bubble,because on june 6th i saw a tweet from the list foundation that they experienced a problem with their service provider and the network is not affected and then the price started rising,i have no clue what the reason is,does the price increase because they have a new team delegate. 
As I understand, no news and development is coming out until december this year,
so surely I would have thought with all the of hype and updates from the list of other coins, people would be putting their money in them for short term gains, december is still half a year away !
Unless I am missing some news ? anything happening or anticipated at Lisk recently ?
What are you talking about? All I see on the lisk thread is pools posting asking for votes. Lisk will correct back down to something reasonable so now is not the time to buy. Its about 6 months away from releasing SDK. So yeah, pump n dump.
Lisk could even be worthless if Dan's EOS is released before the lisk team can get their SDK out. Careful with this one.
