everything you say is true. Nevertheless I am assuming that every ICO investor in this (crypto) sector has profound knowledge of it-systems, servers, OS and so on. At the beginning I was struggling with setting up the delegate node. But this has become so easy until now and within days I could obtain all required knowledge. And its fun! Everybody can do if he has the guts to strive for solutions. Of course a delegate position is nothing for pure investors aming for quick profit. Thats not the case with me and with this little project. In the mid-term, there will be plans to support different projects as anounced. In the short-term I want to set up a stable group that has brains and spirit. We dont need all 101 places, as IMO this is impossible to reach and there will always be whales taking their places, which causes small delegates to purge. But, something like a "glorious seven" or "dirty dozen", but more numerous, should be a viable concept to transform into reality.

Primary objective for this group is to reach stability. I dont want the members to advertise themselves numerous times and to beg for votes by the most cheeky. Most people promise, but don't deliver. What counts here are numbers in the short-term, but in the mid-term the upright spirit to support all LISK brothers and sisters.

Please define "that rule list". Do you mean the 101 delegate hidden list?

Would love to be apart, however I do not own that amount of lisk :-(

Interesting idea. Just to add some discussion here, its important to remember not all investors with 100k+ lisk would be competent delegate node admins - so this plan might secure you and your group delegate spots, but it does not ensure the most  stable network.

And, that rule list..is essentially what every delegate candidacy proposal already promises.. so it is technically agreed upon by all delegates, stand-by and active, not just the big ICO investors- as it should be.

This incentive is to recruit LISKers to form a group of Elite-Delegates to form a voting alliance.

Speaking in terms of numbers, there are 101 delegate places available. With various numbers of big whales (2x 4M LISK whale, a 1000 BTC whale, a 300 BTC whale, more 100+ BTC whales), occupying all 101 places is out of scope, because big whales wont allow small fish to enter 101.

A kinda more realistic scenario, which I am aming for, is to form a elite-group of about 50+ individuals to unite voting power to have the opportunity to grab SOME of those 101 places. Accoring to my guesstimate, about 4M-5M voting power is needed to reach for a delegate position.

So here is the deal:
I will try to set up a voting alliance for about 30+ individuals with at least 50k LISK of voting power per individual. You will see we NEED those kind of figures to enter 101. Whales wont allow small fish to enter the sea!

The rules are simple:
- If you have 50k+ LISK and above, and want to enter the alliance, please DM me here, leave a post, or DM me (alias "SpaceTrucker") on https://chat.lisk.io.
- If you are on lisk-chat, I will create a private group for communication.
- Everyone in the alliance has to give their vote to all members in the group. This is possible with delegate account or main account, but voting power shall exceed 50k LISK per individual.
- A t.b.d. percentage of the forged LISK shall be used for beneficial projects, developers, faucests, etc.
- I will create a list with all group members, but I am not the group leader. This group shall be self-organizational.
- Group members will help each other in case of problems with their nodes.
- Delegate Names and accounts will not be disclosed and kept private among group members to avoid name squatting.
