was trying to vote but delegate xujian is not searchable in lisk client anymore.  so it means i can not vote for 55.  so does it mean i can not get full reward for voting elite group then?

You vote once for 33 members and you pay 1 lsk fee and than you vote for the rest 23 members and you pay one more lisk cause with one lisk you can vote for up to 33 delegates.
