yes it is and i think the main reason is that people are not investing bitcoin in alt coins and are interesting to hold bitcoins for the price increase.

Lisk project seems to rely partly on ethereum network just as i have noticed of late, the reduction in the price of eth and even etc have a corresponding effects on the price of lisk but i doubt if wave is a better option  Undecided

I buy a bit of Lisk with my signature campaign earnings.
Its an interesting project but I worry that its just another one of the platforms that doesn't really do anything other than try to make its own coins and piggyback onto the success of Bitcoin without actually accomplishing much.

One of the biggest problem of Lisk is the delegate system. The top 80-100 delegates have "created" a group in which they have agreed that they will vote on each other. This makes impossible for Regular Joe's to run a delegate and get a part from the total minted balance. This should be resolved asap since this frightens away a lot of newcomers/new investors in Lisk

This is something I agree with.. Though it will probably be solved with voting pools, it is my major concern with lisk.

I do think lisk is something to watch though. It will likely follow ethereum like gains in the future because the infrastructure created is simply amazing.

I invested about 0.8btc in lisk and now its wortgh 0.48btc. Lisk seems to keep going down. Cash out and invest rest in waves (already have 6.8k waves) or hold?

maybe you need to wait..but dont crazy for only 0.8 btc man!g

If you are undecided maybe you could sell half and keep the other half. You get some of your money back, and if Lisk goes back up you get some profit. Getting a quarter of your money back from a gamble on an altcoin is reasonable.
Lisk is still in top 20 altcoin so i think you should wait more maybe it can rise again soon if you are worrying if it will down more. so better to decrease some partial and still holding some.

your first mistake was keeping the coin until now. you are already about 50% in loss which makes it harder to say anything, LISK is not dead so that i can tell you to get out it may go up with a pump or it may go down some more.

if you have sold at 5% loss you could have bought back again and again.

all of these altcoins are literary the same, you sell one to cash out and buy another one for profit and then sell that and move on to the next.

so in fact it doesn't matter what you choose as long as you choose it when it is low and sell it high, i have made so much profit from lisk and i will make profit in the future too, just because i go in when it is low.

Up to you.

Personally, I think that Lisk will fade away and the there will be a new Altcoin to replace it.

I will like to ask you this question, are you a trader or an investor? if you are a trader you should have take you loss before losing half of your investment but I guess you are an investor, Lisk is one of the best project out there and also well funded, it is a long term investment and will take sometime to complete the roadmap
