Lisk has a lot of issues. I wouldnt recommend them if possible. Its always better to play safe and use wallets that already have a ton of users so that you can at least threaten them with bad PR if anything does happen.

Agree, contanct support. But im worried for you, never heard of this wallet before so could be malware.
Use recommended wallets form here https://bitcoin.org, choose a wallet section. There are verified wallets, many to choose from
