it is hard to say which is the BEST right now and usually these types of topic will only attract bagholders who want to pump their coin.

here is my take on these coins in short:
LISK: it looks very good to me, it is like a good long term investment which will result in good profit over time. and the important thing to know about LISK is that it has a lot of hype and hype is everything when it comes to price
Waves: it looks good and promising as an investment, and it has been growing recently so I like it.
rise: meh
Prism: this one is unknown to me Cheesy

Never have i read about them actually. but my money is on WAVES. RISE has good roadmap but didn't get much attention though.
I still have few lisk yet it seem like there is the need of proof to the dev side.

I'm new to cryptocurrencies. So far I have invested into Waves and Rise. I think LISK has long-term potential but I don't think it's a good idea to invest into it at the moment. I have not heard too much about Prism yet. I will look into it.
