This is one of the work I have been doing in the crypto space, and I am so happy that I am not the only one in this and others are also joining hand with me to make sure we research as much project as possible to see if they are really are project that means well to its investors, or they are just trying to find a way to enrich themselves by scamming people of their hard earned money all in the name of creating a project that would never exist.

I am very interested in your idea, to admit you're right, a lot of people invest in altcoin but don't understand the technology. Can you help me review the Prime X project (http://primexcoin.co/). I am planning to invest in this project and I am participating in signature campaign. Thank you very much for your feedback, good day.

I would like to know your views about bolton coin which is a security token and is a multi investment fund that invests in different niches and generates regular profits i would like to know how legit you think is that project and is the team and previous performance up to the mark?
Boltoncoin was scam project if I remember correctly.
Although the team did not accept it, there were reasons.

Have a project that caught your attention but aren't so tech savy? List it here and I will research into it and provide my opinion.

Please do not name a project that has already been named and no off topic discussion.

P.S the reason for this thread is because I see that the majority of members are not tech savy at all and have no clue what they are investing in nor do they read the whitepaper thus wanting to help out community members from investing into shitty projects.

Seems like Solana offered a solution to this project with a shard-less approach? If so wouldn't put to much time into it if a better solution has been offered.

Surely you must be joking about Solana...Smiley)

If you can do that, it is so good for community. And I want your help about the Appolo and Shivom project. Thanks!

Honestly you can't be more wrong, investing in altcoins requires technical knowledge and any big investors always has a technical assistant to look over any project for them I am talking about millionares and billionares. Even by paying someone to write a fancy whitepaper they are not going to write a technically well developed white paper which is the reason to be well informed on the technical aspects of the project.
there aren't any millionaires or billionaires wasting their time investing in altcoins, i don't even know where you got that idea from!
as for the whitepaper i stand on what i said. even bitcoin's white paper is not good enough to understand what bitcoin stands for. it is only an abstract idea at best. that is the purpose of a whitepaper anyways.

Quote
Altcoins is not to be used for a speculative purpose.
i find this contradictory with what you started here. you say you want to help members make a better "investment" in altcoins then you say they shouldn't be used for speculative purposes!

also, I ask that you do not bother replying as any conversation that you try to indulge will be reported for going off-topic as I will not be discussing or allow for the promotion of ignorance in this thread or allow for the suggestion of others to not read the whitepaper as you are not a profesional investor nor have been a accredited investor before cryptocurrency came along.
i am sorry you didn't like my opinion but that is my observation after a couple of years of being around and seeing hundreds of altcoins come and go and i still don't claim to be a professional and i don't dare give investment advice to anyone in a market that is mostly pump and dumps!
you also seem to have misunderstood parts of my comment. i never suggested not-to-read the whitepapers. all i said was that you won't be able to tell whether a coin is good or bad only by reading its whitepaper, specially when you want to give them "investment advice".

For most investors, I think not many people have in-depth knowledge to fully understand the idea of a startup in crypto. But they can understand the concept of the project, the founders and the funds invested in the project. From there make confidence to invest if they see it as a good project. I have not invested in the LTO Network project, but even if it does not meet the hard-cap, its price still increases many times compared to the ICO price, can you find out briefly about it?

I hope you take a look at Solana, they do not intend to make a sale yet, they are still improving their blockchain to make a killer blockchain, mainnet is alo not launched yet.

Check their telegram, probably most BitCointalk users on't know about it yet, because since they don't intend a sale they have no marketing yet except of course the seminars they are doing into the blockchain communities.

It's really huge project worth checking, i hope you made some technical comparison between Solana & other famous blockchains (like Cons + Pros).

Solana seems solid, they are aiming to solve a problem that is presented in many blockchain in where all nodes need to confirm transactions thus allowing for faster transaction times. Plus it seems like they aim to have a working product before doing a sale if they aim to do so reducing the risk.

That's the best way to start here in this forum to post something that can help the community with their investment please take a look at Bitmillex and OPPOPENWIFI they are delaying bounty distribution and launching their platform something fishy is going on this project.

Haha Bitmillex, where do I start. It's just straight up fishy from the get go. They have nothing new being implemented, they really just rant about server capacity and talk about use of the cloud to host their server, that they will have ongoing security-audits being done on the server.

Then that they will have a ERC coin also for their exchange, I mean they could have at least gotten their exchange up first??? It's not that hard to do so. It just seems like they copy and pasted a build your own exchange guide and trying to sell it to those who have no idea of setting up a website  Huh Huh Huh

Where do you find these ICO's from? Looking at OPENWIFI(OPP) they have no real business strategy, they promise to offset the internet bills of users through just having a hotspot connected for 1 hour a day. How are users going to make some real money doing this as most advertising just pays pennys per click, then I really do not see how advertisement providers will agree to pay out when most of the users will be conencted to the same wifi showing the same IP address I mean for all the advertisement providers know it would be to easy to abuse the system as there is no way to distinguish who is who once on the hotspot.

I mean they only promise on being able to pay it's users through the valuation of their coins not a really safe method to guarentee pay.

a Ponzi Scheme at it's best.

Wow that's great mate. Maybe you could give some opinion regarding my signature project. HCX Pay, I choose this due to simple platform and not relying on any other platform. They have their own light wallet and I'm hoping you could give some pointer or anything you could say about the project.

Also, can you give me some insight about velic project? I heaed they are now partnered with ICON one of the biggest Korean Project.

Thanks mate. I already did some research about these projects mentioned I just want to hear some feedback on others opinion. Don't worry any comments about it will be accepted.

Umm wow HCX Pay another Health Care Payment Platform, if it can't even have a modern website what makes it stand out from all the so many other competitors that are doing the exact same thing?

Ok so when looking at Velic I really see them pointing out the necisity to safely store private keys, so they want to shard and store it on their network, still they show no actually private method of actually storing/retrieving this private key. They are still going to need safe guard a encryption key. Just look at Fusion and all they are trying to do to even get a working product of Private Key Sharding

https://medium.com/@fusionprotocol/secure-and-distributed-secret-key-sharding-93d4ff325afa

Velic does not go into depth of how they will securely store private keys on the network thus they just give claims that it will be secure.  Lips sealed Lips sealed Lips sealed

I mean at most of these project I read I do not even know how they got past 1 star on ICOBench or other rating review sites what a joke  Shocked Shocked Shocked

Will look into both of them, noted.

Have a project that caught your attention but aren't so tech savy? List it here and I will research into it and provide my opinion.

then does this mean you are "tech savy" then?

in any case i am personally interested in reading more about Grin since it has made some noise recently and the technology it is using seems interesting. i haven't had time to do it myself though, maybe others are also interested in it.

P.S the reason for this thread is because I see that the majority of members are not tech savy at all and have no clue what they are investing in nor do they read the whitepaper thus wanting to help out community members from investing into shitty projects.
investment in an altcoin does NOT require any technical knowledge. in fact having it may be harmful because then you would invest in a coin that is technically good but is not capable of giving you any profit at all.

additionally i have to say reading the whitepaper of these coins is not going to give you much of an insight into what the coin does. it is mostly a general idea of what it is. not to mention that 90% of the coins nowadays are paying someone who is not even familiar with their project to write a "pretty" paper for them!

Honestly you can't be more wrong, investing in altcoins requires technical knowledge and any big investors always has a technical assistant to look over any project for them I am talking about millionares and billionares. also here you go Grin is trying to establish itself as a privacy coin through the mimblewimble protocol but fails to provide 100% privacy, take a look at the link below.

What services do you offer? Because if you only assess projects from aspects of the team, vision and mission, and products then we can see them through ICOBench.

I would never invest in a project based on ICOBench reviews. ICOBench is the most hated review site as it accepts payments for better ratings. again  I also ask that you do not bother replying as any conversation that you try to indulge will be reported for going off-topic as I will not be discussing or allow for the promotion of ignorance in this thread or allow for the suggestion of others to not read the whitepaper as you are not a profesional investor nor have been a accredited investor before cryptocurrency came along.
