I found this site yesterday while reading about what and how it happened. The site is pretty straight forward.. just type in the url and it will tell you if any site uses cloudflare. Figured it could be useful toward building your list.

All of the exchange sites are using cloudflare, Reviews their basically the data will get put in the cloudflare server. I don't think there are the exchange site are not using cloudflare right now.

Honestly some Tor users mentioned things about Cloudflare long ago. Avoid their "service" at all cost.
