My team is based in Hong Kong and Tokyo and we're also very interested in hearing about any big upcoming events in Asia 
There are regular small meet ups or one time events in Tokyo that are generally advertised on Meetup.com, Techplay.jp, Peatix, and Facebook but I'm not aware of any single "biggest" or "best" major event.

I'll check back when there is some more info here... very interested. I'm situated in Hong Kong currently - I know that there is a "Bitcoin HK" group on Meetup that do regular events. Other than that I can't help here.
