Very few sites offer discounts unfortunately, as merchants don't get the picture of "saving costs on transactions, so we should give a discount to customers". All they want is to earn more profit.
AFAIK http://www.overstock.com/ always have a discount for every product and they accept bitcoin.

Do you also mean businesses that give a discount in the form of not having to pay any fees in comparison to other payment methods?
I'm hoping that you the reader can share useful info about businesses that I can spend BTC at and receive a discount as compared to fiat.
