If you are interested list of all used coins you can find on https://www.bitcosmo.win/ second tab and click on button - show me arbitrage you can select interesting market and you have all used coins with their values high/low and when you go mouse over more info button you have values on all markets what have this coin in exchange with avaible volume - sorry for my english

Yeah no stock markets for cryptocurrency like bitcoin.Im think you are looking for trading.

maybe it looks like he's looking for an investment trade altcoin

https://coinmarketcap.com has an extensive list of actively traded cryptocurrencies but many of the entries are stale and hit and run market spikes may go unnoticed there as not all exchanges/cryptocurrencies are included.
