You need to clear the gmail address in input:

Because Gmail doesn't recognize dots and plus as characters within usernames, adding or removing dots from a Gmail address won't change the actual destination address. Messages sent to [email protected] and [email protected] are all delivered to your Inbox, and only yours.
The plus character is ignored by gmail. Message sent to [email protected] are delivered to [email protected]

asdf1@gmail etc. is possible indeed, but a lot more work for the farmer, en Gmail itself has spam-protection for it. After a few accounts it will start asking for phone verification, slowing the farmer down further.
yes actually email farmers may not get hundreds of accounts as google ask for verification, better to use %LIKE% to search for similar letters in database query to check emails with almost same name with just some symbol difference. And banning whole known temporary email service provider can be good option for protection against xapo bot emails.

Instead of making a list of all combinations, why don't you remove the DOT from gmail addresses? Just remove it the moment someone enters it.
There's not really a point of listing them, as they all belong to the same account. The owner can make endless combinations.
