Here is what u need - Qubic. You can count each transaction as a block.
Im not sure if this has already been done, but I recon we should make a list of coin properties that we would like to see added to new cryptos,
here is my idea
Extremely fast blocks with low reward, so blocks are found every 0.001 or so seconds, and these blocks are worth 0.00001 or so of the currency
This way anyone can mine blocks solo, this will eliminate the need for pools and make mining more appealing, which also reduces the risk of 51% attacks
And this way transactions can be confirmed within seconds (i might be wrong about that)
oh and a name that isnt tacky and stupid... like terracoin
