it's useless if you complain here, many members lose their coins and it looks like BCNEX responses don't exist,
this is a risk, you have to accept it, or you can go to Vietnam and visit their office

Is there someone that can explain the situation around Bcnex? They still have problems with withdrawals? So that doesn´t mean that they had a technical problem, but they are going to dump the project? What a bad situation for the largest Vietnamese exchange.  Cry

I had a bad feeling with this project since I heard about this. I tried to apply as one of their ambassadors before but they won't promise any payment so I decided to leave. I wasn't surprised this will happen. Not really a good project. Pity for those who invested.

Recently hear a lot about BCNEX “scam” and its withdrawal issue.
I, myself also have a huge amount of coins and money that are stuck on bcnex account and cannot be withdrawn until now. I feel really worried about my assets.
Who are in the same plight as me? Any solution?  Angry
Currently there are 2 solutions. 1, you will incur a high fee to withdraw all your money. I follow the bcnex group's notifications and they are limited to withdraw 50 usdt per transaction. if you have $ 1000 then you have to withdraw 20 times and the fee will be $ 40.
The second way is to trade OTC there. Usually you have to buy BCNEX to trade at OTC, the price will be slightly different but that is the way you can get all your money back. Because the current situation of Bcnex is bad, it is possible that they have used up their funds and are trying to retain investors. Exit as soon as possible, the high fee is the money you spend to buy a lesson.
Its still better than not been able to withdraw any penny, I'm shocked that BCNEX turn out to be like this, I've always regret not joining their bounty program in 2018, anyways I'm glad people are able to get their funds out

Just be careful dealing with this newbie account guys:

This is a red flag, he/she says that he retrieve all his/her funds, but I doubt that. So let this be a warning to those who might want to try and get his/her services, just saying.
This seems like a bought account. What has already said by OP looks fake consider about there are some people who have already made new complaints if they have tried several times this day to withdraw their money from the shit scam bcnex exchange site. Complaints about the withdrawal problem are also appearing on the latest tweet by bcnex and it looks like this scammer keeps ignore the users. OP is a new account that can't be trusted until he proves it.

i think second option will be better for those who holds funds above $50, it is very ridiculous to limit withdrawal amount to $50, knowing fully well that each transaction will incur a fee which at the end of the whole transaction process you have spend a lot on withdrawal fee,
better to trade otc even though the price is different, this way you are getting your money out at once instead of the first option,
this is yet another reason why people should not leave their funds in all this low quality exchanges, they are not trusted and not stable, anything can happen when you list expect it,
i have learnt my lesson long time, i don't make such mistake of leaving funds on exchange anymore, too risky.

the solution, quite difficult, maybe what you should do is report this exchange to the agency responsible for securities issues, but since this exchange is in the country of Belize I don't know if this can be done, so you should just wait and I hope your balance is safe.

very difficult, find a solution that can make you calm, if you are exposed to fraud in the crypto currency project, then you end, unless you are in the USA, and the project is still in the USA, and you can complain to the SEC

Edit: I've found a way to retrieve my assets. I've taken back all of my funds.
How much did you guys lose? And which coins? Let me see if I can help
How did you retrieve your money there so that you can simply put your advice on this thread so whenever others will have the same experience as you do, they can go back to this thread and just follow what you have done. Isn't it that those people that have said to not use this exchange are right with their advice? To avoid further problems with bcnex, I think it is best to not use them anymore.

The complaints on BCNEX withdrawal seems to be increasing on a daily basis. I would not have agreed there are problems being faced by traders and investors alike on it, if not for the fact that no one has been able to come out to debunk that. Almost every user seems to have one issue or the other. I had a little trade on it, but it was below $50 and I was able to withdraw without any hitch. So, I could have agreed with what @chip1994 said.
I would advise you withdraw your funds gradually and never go back there to incur more losses.
Accept what has happened as one of those hurdles to need to scale through in the crypto space, particularly with some exchanges.
On the ide of BCNEX, their storyline would have been so good, but for what is happening, they are already losing investors.
