I've been holding KMD and VTC for 6 month now, and I keep holding them because I don't think they've reached their actual value yet, especially KMD...
I believe Komodo will be above 1 billion markect cap by the end of 2018. And that's my conservative estimate. It could snowball really quick with this kind of tech, and push us to 3 billions. But only time will tell if I was correct

But you're right, some projects might make you a lot richer than these 2, good luck finding them though.

My comment on Komodo: the dev seems to be quite competent, not sure about highly respected - I think the benchmark is the guys over at Bitcoin core, and then for alts, perhaps Ethereum. We'll see if he gets to that level but for now, I'm not too inspired by developers on projects. They get too personal.

I do agree on the points of marketing and promotion, but for me this is a good thing, same reason I took a growing liking to Waves. Just a dev team focused on building and testing, no real priority for pushing any agendas. Good to let the community to the talking for them, in my opinion.

Zcoin

I see all of these rising this year and early next year.

Lbry - Fantastic project with a working project and getting better daily

Monero - Well what can i say about this, we all know this is the true anonymous coin

Zcoin - Another great coin with bags of potential

I don't think the marketcap of Komodo is high.
Look at Cardano, caps can easily rise into the billions for promising projects.

I want you to be specific here with the numbers, what is the range for the marketcap of projects you look to invest into, because Komodo currently ha a marketcap of $263 million which to me is too high, when the market cap hit $500 million that i jut 2x or do you think Komodo deserve to be a Billion Dollar project yet

I think Komodo is far from being done with its growth.  Its my favorite coin to really do something in the coming months right now.

Interesting, you picked Komodo. It was 0.09$ in March. Now it's 2.58$, came back from 3$.
You picked Vert. It was 0.03$ but now 5.1$. You call those low market cap coins? I think they already made big moves. It's hard to gain similar money from them.

Komodo is one of the biggest projects that i have ever seen, but there are more interesting ones in the market right now.

I suggest you to take a look on VisaCoin, i am going to invest a few thousand dollars in this project.

I like the way that they are going to make their idea go through, and their ico price is just $0,70 per token if i am not wrong, i dont remember it well, but it was less than one dollar each.

If their idea is a really success, it can really go upto five dollars each one of them, i really trust in this project and i suggest it to everyone who is going to invest into an ico soon.

KMD is one of the most promising coins. Sure it will sky rock when barterdex is coming out and when it works like desired. Release is not far away.
Besides that IOTA is a big deal with a lot of good news.
Phore is new to me too. Were the more than 9 million existing coins swapped or premined?

I'm skeptical about Vertcoin, it may not be as good choice as Komodo. Phore is very new project, it's promising. You can make more profit with it. You have good investment plan overall.

Look for the coins with passive income. Even if they don't grow; you will earn money:

- RISE
- NEO
- LISK (little)
- SHIFT (little)

I am not interested in your top three coins but I am really excited about decred and posw. I think posw and decred are really special coins, posw can be over $500M market cap in 2018.

Altgough KMD have been pretty bad so far in terms of marketing & communication, I believe they have the greatest technology and the greateast philosophy out there.
Thei lead developer jl777 is one of the most experienced and respected crypto developer you can find.
They have fully integrated atomic swaps within their upcoming decentralized exchange (BarterDex).
They will release the first ever decentralized ICO very soon (Monaize).
Everything is working already, they are just fine tuning it in the beta for a realease soon.

2. Vertcoin (VTC)

I've been holding Vertcoin before the recent massive pump but I didn't sell, VTC is at least a $1B MC coin IMO.
Their biggest strenght is their community, their reddit is just massive.
The coin is technologically very advanced (Segwit, LN...) and it's key feature is ASIC-mining resistance, ensuring better decentralization.

3. Phore (PHR)

Phore is a fairly new project. It is a fork of PIVX packed with features such as fast transactions, low fees, masternodes and governance, proof of stake, and zerocoin protocol (total privacy). Smart contracts are being talked about too.
The main value proposition of the coin is the release of a decentralized market place in Q1 2018.
Although very new, the community is already great and it's growing fast.
Now Phore is clearly an outsider compared to KMD and VTC, but this also means it has a lot more room to grow.
