Just sharing another article linking Listex.io/Tourist Coin SCAM to Raisex.io. As we can see Husband and wife scammers, Salvatore Castagna and Marianna Luisi are once again OUTED in this SCAM.

Raisex.io is a SCAM Exchange.

They will need to wrap up their scam soon. For those that did not see my original post, new regulations surrounding licensing for companies dealing in crypto in Malta will be regulated from 1 November 2019. As Raisex.io is registered in Malta they will be required to comply.

“As of the 1st November, prospective licensees and issuers will officially start operating under the new Virtual Financial Assets Act. Until then, VFA Service Providers (including cryptocurrency exchanges, as well as issuers of ICOs may commence offering their services in an unregulated manner which does not constitute a breach of law. VFA service providers will subsequently have a year from this date to comply with the laws and applicable regulations as issued by the MFSA”.

In fact they should have applied already. Has anyone checked?...lol...I already know the answer to this without having to research it.....  SCAM

Proof includes Fake volumes and how all the scammers are linked. An independent third party (tradingview.com graphs and other people posting) verify the MASSIVE reported fake volumes and inconsistencies.

They are trying to get you to use their Exchange. Remember NEVER DEPOSIT anything with them because soon you won't be able to withdraw your coins.

What is very very unfortunate is they are succeeding. Since two days after posting 1000 new people are following them and tweeting their SCAM. They will walk away with YOUR CRYPTO.

They will be at the Blockchain Malta Summit November 1st and 2nd.


They are claiming the following people (true or not) are part of the team:

Let me point out that the REAL SIMON ZOPPARDI is behind setting up the Blockchain and they are using his name pretending that he is supporting them. He is high profile so I encourage you to approach him if you are attending. Remember he is high profile and will not be sitting behind a small desk promoting Raisex.io.

Please tweet RAISEX.IO is a scam and post wherever you can! Too many people are falling for this SCAM

Sent small amount of ETH 2 days ago, nothing appears on their website.

The team behind this scam is also linked to touristcoin and peatio.
Other sites probably exist.

They create fake conversations to make you trust them (https://github.com/peatio/peatio/issues/774 & https://github.com/peatio/peatio/issues/747)
go-apollyon, touristcoin, mxo2 and maybe other users in these conversations are all from the same team.

Based on testimonies: they ask for cryptocoin payment for all services you ask them (service you won't get).


So, again STAY AWAY FROM ALL SERVICES FROM THIS TEAM.
I didn't analyzed the source code but they may have implemented a backdoor to steal money.


After this post, one or more accounts will probably reply and say few positive words about listex.
But if you don't believe me, you are free to try it and see the money disappearance magic.

It's look really supiciaus and spammy. Nothing is their website. No any team or information given. Avoid it stay save from scammer.

They have only 2% real twitter followers. They have 675 telegram subscriber and they posted 3 on a single day and no more post after that. They have  140 views each. That means all views, subscriber and followers are fake. They have purchased it. There are no real activity. Also they have received negative trust ratings from bitcointalk. Even they started it only about 1 month ago. Not only that but also they have removed all social media links from their website. Beware from them. Never try to use them. If you use you will loss everything.
