New Coins is not getting accepting yet in Biggest Crypto Exchanges yet alone for small it will take time.
As you know currently Indian exchanges only Lists Big coins which are already in the market for quite some time.

Also with currently ongoing Government intention to illegalise this may prove more and more difficult for new coins to get listed on Indian exchanges.

Indian Exchanges are only dealing with well known coins which have enough volume to trade at global level. As Indian Exchanges are providing pair of coin with INR, so it will difficult to maintain the price with global if there is not enough vol. to trade.

Quite difficult that any exchanges would start dealing with newly launched ICO because they will only be dealing with 5- 10 top most coin by the market cap. Also many are awaiting the government regulations if they are allowing it or will be banning it.
