I'm not so good with stuffs like these, but I think that to get you token listed on any exchange, there are some criteria that it has to meet, and it also have to be voted for. If it does meet up these criteria, but the vote count is low, as against the other tokens that it is up against , I don't think that your token will get listed at that time on the exchange.
