This is a good suggestion. Make sure you repost it in the proper forum once you're out of newbie status.
ListTransaction method is used to list transactions. It'd be better if there is a time parameters to filter the transaction that happen before or after the specified time.
I believe it is very useful and hope this functionality can be patched in next release.
