I have problem with litebit.eu.
They sent my money to a bank account which is not mine.
I asked them why another account appears on my setting I do not have any answer. I received stupid answer the money was sent to this bank account xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx... which not mine.
I asked help to the support it seems they do understand anything, they sent me stupid generic answer. But do not solve my issues.
My bank account was verified and I was able to send and buy crypto currency with my bank account without any problem.
They received the money without any problem.
I did not receive any email confirmation from them saying money was sent to my account which was verified. I asked yhem the proof the money was sent to my account I do not receive anything.
I contacted my bank they still do not receive anything.
In litebit side they do not to admit they send the money to a wrong account and do not went to sent me my money back 672 euros
Should i complain the police? Should I contact the Dutch regulator ?
Could you please assist?
