From the rather mixed messages people have been getting so far I've managed to get from them,
A  3rd Party suppler was phished to gain access.
Leaked info
  • Name
  • Address
  • IBAN number
  • Portfolio Data
Not confirmed
  • Email
  • Credit card details if used
NO coins were at risk.
Also if you ask too many questions on twitter you get blocked by them. They will give out snarky reply if you ask about bank details  I got "No they don't know your passwords and bank details... Did you ever give your banking login to us? I don't think so.". I also asked about ID I got some nonsense about we don't store social security numbers???. 
They also think its not an issue to have personal IBAN made public.  While there shouldn't be a threat to losing funds in a perfect world it has put my account and others at risk. With names and addresses combined with IBAN you have 90% of the details needed. IT would take little effort to fool someone to steal funds here in the UK its rare to give out those details.

They told us to reset 2FA as a precaution.

Potential does not mean we are actually hacked but we like to inform everyone about the possibility. In The Netherlands we are in need to report any unautorized access with customer data, there is a law for this.

No user funds has been stolen and everyone can deposit or withdraw at any time.
Seems litebit is a promising exchange, will have a try on this .Everyone give it a chance, it will grow into a giant like bittrex.

I have used Litebit in the past and I have to say I like the service.
I also received an e-mail with the latest news but I do not have any
coins in their wallets. What I have been thinking about since the
notification is how deep was the hacking?
But I take comfort in Litebit's response to say that no verification
documents were hacked, to me this is the most important thing.

Why do they send me an email, that could be spam. But if I login, there's no alert. I'm loosing trust, something is wrong.

Hacked again yesterday!!

I thought litebite.eu was one of the largest exchange in the Europe, but it is terrible to hear that it was hacked, so I think the users should get back your coins or invests if it is true.

I've got this Email too, few days after first registration. The Email contains a hint to reset my 2FA settings, by following a link to a host "http://litebit.us12.list-manage1.com/track/..."

I don't know this host, is this Email really from the LiteBit officials?
