Yes, I am using the same miner.
Ok.. I have started mining on litecoinpool.
I see people getting from 60 to 1000+ kh/s
I am only getting 2-3 kh/s
Do I need to do anything different? Any optimizations?

in Windows just copy and past them to your miner folder, overwriting the old files

I would be mining for around 14-15 hours per day.
In that case, solo mining is not feasible, pooled mining would be better?
litecoinpool.org would be better if you mine not all the day along I would be mining for around 14-15 hours per day.

Yes you can mine solo if you have a good CPU and mine 24/7 tho I recommend using P2Pool.
I've mined at litecoinpool.org because they have pure PPS (pay-per-share). p2pool is very recommended if you have the patience to get it working.
Solo-mining is feasible, although it takes about a week to find a block with hash rate of 10kh/sec.
It's recommended to use pooler's miner, since it's a lot faster than the built-in miner in Litecoin :

It has option to solo mine or mine in pool.
Is solo mining feasible?
Also, which pools are recommended for litecoin, to be connected from default client?
