Can I suggest trying mining against a pool - for comparison
is your ram downclocked? if so set it back to stock
have you read and followed the setup instructions in the SCRYPT-README.txt in the cgminer folder?

I find with Litecoin I have to use more conservative clocks than Bitcoin or I just produce garbage and not much valid work.

system ram and operating system can also make a difference gpu mining litecoin.

+ all the usual questions asked when OP gives minimal info...Huh

I said im running at 900 mhz which is a pretty big overclock. Works fine with bitcoins.

I get confused when i try to set up solo mining stuff. I have 2x 5850's running at 900 mhz core and all i am getting is 275 khash a card. I have intensity set high as well. Somethign doesnt seem right. Mining comparison charts show i shoud be getting in the 300's
