AFAIK no one's done it yet.

There block explorer's here if you want to make a script using it: http://explorer.litecoin.net/
And the API is also detailed.

Or you can use ABE yourself and do so.

Right now, it looks like there's a little more money in mining Litecoin and converting it to Bitcoin than in mining Bitcoin directly, so I've redirected my efforts toward the burnside pool for the time being.  While I was mining at Eclipse, I had bitcoinmonitor.net keeping an eye out for activity at the address to which Eclipse was sending payments. In my case, I had it generate an email that ultimately showed up on my iDevices as a Prowl notification.

I'd like to do something similar: monitor a Litecoin address and send email on a transaction involving that address. Does someone have such a service up and running, or would this be an opportunity for someone to jump in and start a new service?
