As long as the coin has a small supply and can only be mined, of course the price will fly high, that's why I chose Litecoin in my portfolio. So it's no wonder the price will get more expensive with each bitcoin halving. We'll know the answer later when this year is over. Stay HODL! Wink

So you buy any coins that can be mined and supply is small (i guess 84mil or smaller)?  That is no indication of future prices.  Anyone can spin up a coin with low supply and pow algo, doesn't mean anything though.

As it is, I prefer to invest in low supply altcoins. Since 2016 I have done this many times and it has proved successful. Of course, there must be no random choice, there must be analysis and accurate information in determining it all.

The silver bitcoin. It's assumed that it will fly with bitcoin after it took a flight. One of the coins that will be the same as Ethereum that will soar too.
Litecoin has already triggered this year with the synchronization of Bitcoin and now reached the $130 and holding in this level for further growth and it is still remaining many growth and potential in the coming time. Soo, it will break the previous bull record and maybe take the growth of 5 times from that level.
Though it is still far from that record of ATH but chances are there.

The reason why it slowly dying is because of Charlie Lee public declaration of selling all his holding and major investors decided to sell their holding either to avoid exit scam since the coin creator decided to sell his holding.
Charlie sold to avoid any appearance of having a conflict of interest.  Not only that, he told everyone he was going to sell and why.   It is ridiculous to say otherwise considering he has remained working on the coin for years.
He claimed to have sold all his holdings to avoid future conflict but him selling his holding was what trigger the future conflict that's hunting the LTC surge/investors trust in the market because he don't do the appropriate announcement and if you're aware of the situation you'll know that there was a lot of discussion about it in the communities.

Exit scam lol ridiculous.
That's what a lot of investors believe till now and a DeFi project owner that does the same thing last year also regret it. The only ridiculous here is a project owner selling all his holding and announcing it publicly the community always misunderstand it.

The way I see the chart for litecoin is somehow almost the same with Bitcoin, so if Bitcoin pump more, I think litecoin and other top coins will follow the same. The market is in green even though it's new year unlike on the past years this is the only time I appreciate the market. But my question is if Bitcoin starts to dump due to the correction, what would be the ATH for LTC? And since Bitcoin hasn't showing any signs yet on where it would stop I think it's okay if we can assume that there's a fold of pump within this month.

Just wait until bitcoin dominance is at least 40% -50% and altcoins will go up very high,
of course Litecoin will also be affected, if later when the dominance goes down the Bitcoin price is still above $ 25k,
I'm sure Litecoin can become $ 400 during the altcoin season arrived.

If you ask me it's still a good coin to invest, low fee and fast transaction it's always a good candidate to be included in anyone's portfolio, now that Ripple is on their wait out and they are behind Ripple in standing, there's a big possibility that they will replace Ripple in the number four spot in the market, let's see if they can do that within two months.

It's caused by litecoin as a part of old coin and Op is very optimistic about litecoin to take the place that this time owned by the ripple coin. It looks like ripple was taking it back again a few days ago.
I will support this to happen and ripple was an overvalued coin at this moment. It's better to fill with a better coin like litecoin rather than crap coin like ripple. Supply doesn't matter a lot in this case.
You may try to take a look at the top 200 coins and there were so many coins with small supplies but they are still worth nothing.

I totally agree that Litecoin will fly seeing its current performance closer to the XRP market cap. And seeing the Litecoin price also continues
to rise following the Bitcoin price, then look at the XRP condition which is experiencing many problems right now. I believe Litecoin in 2021
can move up the position in CMC to replace XRP's position. So for Litecoin holders I recommend that we HODL our Litecoin, because soon
there will be alt seasons and finally it can make several top altcoins including Litecoin return to ATH prices.

XRP fall and litecoin took its place. LTC already has a big marketcap now money from XRP will follow it too. LTC price is still cheap and I was thinking about buying some but I didn't due to my funds stuck on some other project. If the BTC market stays stable then the alts market will go much higher slowly.

LTC is making some good upwards movement and possible people who had sold XRP might be looking to invest their money now in LTC. Seeing some good jump in this coin on daily basis and now close to 130$ price. It can even reach 200$ mark in  2021 and considering for long term investment in this coin looking good from that perspective as well.

I dont think $200 is out of the realm of possible, but if bitcoin goes to $100k and litecoin only goes to $200 then it will have been an epic failure.  People should start thinking in terms of sats and not usd.  Litecoin going to .01btc will have been a very successful push for litecoin regardless of usd price.

If XRP holders switch to Litecoin, of course Litecoin will fly high,
but without that Litecoin already has a bullish trend, so Litecoin holders must be happy now, the sky is coming!

It should be an inspiration for LTC developers to be active with their commits in github.
PayPal is adding LTC on their platform, XRP is falling down, so some will go to LTC.
BTC is still bullish. So many good things happening in crypto market.
So hopefully, LTC team will further develop this old altcoin to better serve the crypto community.
LTC starts to cling up starting from October of this year and now that XRP facing up some issues and  problems then this might really be giving out more some probabilities of switching up.

For sure LTC devs are now much aware on whats happening currently in the market and as had suggested that they should really be more active nowadays and making further developments and updates
towards this.

Who knows that they might really be getting much attention or would able to convince the community in regards to their actual capability.

i dont think etc, ltc, btg, bch will fly.
all of them are imitation of original coin. and they can fly after their origin fly.
why is etc, btg and bch involved . i cant see them op mentioned but the topic is pure ltc and afaik ltc is original but btg and bch are a fork coins of btc and i think imitation is different from a fork because forks have a purpose and not to intentionaly imitate the original coin .

ltc is already flying even before because of its fast speed but ltc can really fly in terms of value because ltc is simply not a good coin .

Seems right ,and Having XRP trouble no wonder Litecoin will take the rank 3 cryptocurrency again (because USDT is not consider as crypto) LTC is silently climbing weeks ago and now getting together with Bitcoin and Ethereum Greening the market.

it's not about the Supply but the usability ,We don't need rely about how much supply it is but what is the function for the user,Remember that Ripple(XRP) once being Bullied because of the large supply ,but what happens recently,it climbs fast ,though now facing a Big trouble yet great example.

The fall of xrp has nothing to do with litecoin now, lets just focus on it. Who knows someday both these strong crypto will shine together with strong foundations. Bearish time is still here for altcoins and not yet showing good market as well.

The rise in litcoin is certainly supported by the bull run that has been happening to date of course the price goes up even up to twice the previous price
in terms of graphics and volume it looks good most likely litcoin will go up again so better take this moment to invest in it

If bitcoin goes to $100k expect its dominance to increase.  No way, all things stay equal in that scenario, let alone increasing against bitcoin.  While I do believe there is growth potential in litecoin in the bitcoin $100k scenario i would expect much from litecoin on gaining ground.

If i am not mistaken the best performance of litecoin againts btc is 0.030 bitcoin per LTC. My calculation, if btc going to $10k and ltc can recah 0.030 btc again per ltc it will make ltc worth  $3076 and the marcetcap of ltc will be at 209 billion dollar, is it posiible ? We'll see...

$30 increase in just 5 days.
We could say it is also being dragged to heaven.  Grin
I really wish I bought some of this coin but I was so busy with Ethereum and XRP that I forgot to invest with it too.
Missed a great opportunity of investing with one of the prime cryptocurrencies.

$300+ at December 2017 so this could still be a low price and we may expect more pump.

Litecoin is up 1.58% in the last 24 hours and up almost 30% in the last 7 days.  Anyone who is holding this coin has been rewarded dearly this past week.

But I will not be satisfied until we see the price of the all time high of $360 like it was in 2017.  Since the Bitcoin all time high price has been passed I will continue to hodl my LTC until the same things happens.

Here is a article talking more about LTC price-  https://primexbt.com/blog/litecoin-price-prediction-forecast/#:~:text=In%202017%20Litecoin%20reached%20its,gain%20from%20its%20bottom%20price.

the founder of litecoin said that litecoin, ethereum and bitcoin holders will be happy, and xrp holders will be miserable,
maybe this is why litecoin will increase later, there will be good news for litecoin,
and litecoin founders have leaked it, hopefully litecoin can fly.

I’m sure Grayscale would have a fund with hundred million invested dedicated to Litecoin for “an exit scam”.  Such comments display ignorance and spread FUD.  Charlie has been a powerful voice in the crypto space.

Recently, Litecoin made the biggest attack after Bitcoin. Bitcoin Cash goes great with Litecoin. When Bitcoin reaches a certain saturation, people can turn to Litecoin. Better days await Litecoin  Smiley
It's actually following the bitcoin movement. the chart that happened with litecoin is similar to the bitcoin. As far as i can see that if litecoin will not have different pattern with bitcoin.
This time litecoin gets a correction consider bitcoin was getting it too. People already moved to the litecoin but it more people liquidated their position and waiting for another deep.

If BTC goes X 4 to 100,000 USD this bull run cycle (very plausible imho) and the LTC/BTCratio stays the same as RIGHT NOW at 200 LTC = 1 BTC that puts LTC at $500 USD a coin

Using same target assumption that 1 BTC = $100,000 USD
At 151 LTC for 1 BTC = $662 USD per coin
At 125 LTC for 1 BTC = $800 USD per coin
At 100 LTC for 1 BTC = $1000 USD per coin
At 60 LTC for 1 BTC = $1666 USD per coin

Look again at the average LTC/BTC ratios since 2011 - https://imgur.com/a/9sdxuON

LTC has been WAY under the current 200 ratio for the vast majority of the coins history.
If you believe BTC will crest $100,000 USD this cycle we are looking at worst $500 USD a LTC and much much better if the ratio improves.

The only caveat is that if the ratio gets much worse. But again, history of the ratio says that is unlikely. If anything LTC is at a historically high ratio and it’s about to improve.

With that said, Litecoin's value proposition:
High liquidity & on every exchange
number 2 supported on ATMs
350m @PayPal users
$104m @Grayscale LTCN trust
99% Scrypt hashrate dominance
MWEB fungibility/privacy
Low fees & fast txns
$500b+ value transferred
9+ years w/ zero downtime

https://twitter.com/SatoshiLite/status/1340864115628130305?s=20

Litecoin also appears to have cycles as shown in the diagram here:  https://imgur.com/a/vvSvulH

While the future isnt always the same is does often rhyme.
Nice break up and review of potential price targets, ltc was the one i was sure of big gains but with your ranges it is easy to expect some upward targets, I hope you will also post similar analysis for ethereum and tron.

Litecoin will continue to grow but its not that fast compare to its history of the price movement since many are still disappointed with LTC. Looking at the market right now, we still see bitcoin dominates the market and some altcoins are still not pumping that much, same thing with LTC so I think this is not the time for altcoins yet but for sure when it comes, LTC will join the up trend as well so there’s a chance.

I don't see a reason to have it. Of course it may change ... maybe "safe haven investors" that will came here for bitcoin will try to search a "crypto silver" and go for litecoin as for years it was considered a digital silver for crypto community, but I doubt that.
If we consider the concept of the coin, theres a reason to have it cause it was a lite version of Bitcoin and thats why the crypto community considers it to be crypto silver until Charlie blows it. But the project teams have developed MimbleWimble which will make the coin to be an option for privacy transaction.

Litecoin will not fly, but it will go over the month, yeah, Litecoin is part of a big altcoin or top altcoin project,
which Litecoin always follows when bitcoin dominance drops then altcoin prices will go up, and LTC is an option,
don't miss it, buy it and don't sell it before the price reaches $ 200 and above.

Let’s take a look at the LTC/BTC pair. The chart below shows the current 4 year LTC/BTC price (2017 - 2021) in yellow with the previous 4 year LTC/BTC cycle (2013-2017) overlaid.

Chart

If the cycles continues I expect a 4-5x rise against bitcoin in the next couple of months.

it seems that for altcoins there is still a moment to pump higher. Litecoin has the potential for that, but hopefully the hope for the Litecoin pump will come soon and it can last a long time. because if you look at the potential for litecoin, it is very good in crypto, it just doesn't experience pump prices. So that's what the Litecoin revival lacks

having a $375 All Time High ,Reaching 600$ level is not far to achieve , Remember after Litecoin was been Sold ,The LTC network Subside and almost lose track , in 2019 they Start to Make a change By Introducing New LTC LOGO in which i though will be the Start of the comeback but after a while becomes silent again.
But Now that PayPal Added Litecoin from Bitcoins acceptance ? and this Silent Bullying recently ,Hitting more than 50% increase in 7 days .
No wonder that there is something Good cooking inside Litecoin platform.

i have few LTC that i kept the Hold after the Value Fells badly in 2018 , and now there's no regret because at last LTC breaks 100$ again and seems like continuing together with bitcoin.

What I can see is also the same with major altcoins, just like Ethereum. If you compare the all-time-high of Litecoin when Bitcoin reached it's all-time-high last 2017. It's total different this time, Litecoin still in loss at around 60%+.
That's why I can say is there's still a lot more room to pump if ever we will visit again the all-time-high. But be careful this time since if Bitcoin is dumping Litecoin too, so it's kinda difficult to reach the ATH in a short period of time.
